Automate the work that shouldn’t need a person.

Every business has a version of the same problem: someone spending hours a week on a task that’s really just rules and repetition. We find that work and take it off the table.

What we build

Workflow automationConnecting the tools you already use (spreadsheets, email, internal systems) so information moves between them without someone copying and pasting it by hand.
Data entry and processing automationPulling data in, cleaning it, and routing it where it needs to go, without a person doing the same five steps every morning.
Reporting automationTurning "someone builds this report every week" into "this report builds itself and lands in an inbox."
Custom scripts and integrationsConnecting APIs, syncing systems, or filling gaps between tools that don't talk to each other out of the box.
Process auditsSometimes the fastest win isn't a new tool, it's mapping what's actually happening step by step and cutting out what doesn't need to exist at all.

How we work

We start by asking what the process actually is today, not what it’s supposed to be on paper. Most automation opportunities live in the gap between the two. If the honest answer is “fix the process first, automate second,” we’ll say that rather than automating something broken.

Small, working pieces first. A script that handles one part of a workflow reliably beats a big system that tries to replace an entire process at once and breaks somewhere in the middle.

Where this fits

Teams manually moving data between tools every week.
Businesses where one person is a bottleneck because a process lives only in their head.
Anyone doing the same repetitive task on a schedule — daily reports, weekly reconciliations, recurring data pulls.
Operations that have grown past what manual handling can keep up with.
