How we work

We don’t come in with a pre-packaged methodology. Every engagement starts with understanding what you’re actually trying to figure out , and then we figure out the right way to answer it. Sometimes that’s a two-day workshop. Sometimes it’s a six-week research sprint. We’ll tell you what we think before we start.

We work best with teams that want an honest partner rather than someone who tells them what they want to hear. If we think the answer is simpler or cheaper than you’re expecting, we’ll say so.
